By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using any part of Toba Client ("Toba", "the mod", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Toba Client regarding your use of the service and supersede any prior agreements.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service and agree to these Terms.
By using Toba you represent that you meet these age requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Upon purchasing a valid license, Toba Client grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the mod software on a single device bound to your account.
License tiers (Standard, Beta) determine which features and builds you can access. Your tier is displayed in your dashboard and can be upgraded at any time.
A license does not give you ownership of the software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Toba Client.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination without refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
One license is valid for one account. Sharing account credentials or license access is prohibited and may result in suspension.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately via Discord.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a license you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Any change in price will not affect existing active licenses.
Refund policy: We offer refunds within 3 days of purchase if the mod does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue. Refunds are not available once a license has been actively used to authenticate the mod client. To request a refund, contact us on Discord.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in permanent account termination.
To prevent license sharing, Toba binds your license to a specific device using a Hardware Identifier (HWID). The HWID is generated locally on your machine and stored in an encrypted form on our servers.
You may re-link your device at any time from your dashboard. Re-linking is subject to a 21-day cooldown to prevent abuse.
If you need to move your license to a new device due to hardware failure or replacement, contact us on Discord.
You agree to use Toba responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and the rules of any game server you play on.
Toba is intended for personal use on servers where automation and client modifications are permitted by the server operator. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with the rules of any game server.
We are not responsible for any bans, penalties, or losses incurred as a result of using Toba on game servers.
All content, code, branding, and assets comprising Toba Client are the exclusive property of Toba Client and its developers. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Custom Lua scripts you create using the Scripting API remain your property. By sharing scripts on any Toba-affiliated platform you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Toba Client is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Hypixel Inc., Mojang Studios, or Microsoft Corporation. Hypixel and Minecraft are trademarks of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toba Client and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of in-game currency, game account bans, or data loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke your license at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless the refund policy in Section 6 applies.
Sections 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and announce significant changes in our Discord server.
Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
